The details area's Key Deal, Attention, and T&I columns show icons that you can use to flag individual opportunities in different ways, and make notes about them.
Your administrator controls which of these columns is available in each view.
Mgmt Key Deal
The Key Deal column enables you to manually indicate whether this particular opportunity represents a key deal.
By default, the icon is gray, indicating that it is not a key opportunity.
Click the icon to change its status and add any relevant notes.
This column enables you to flag a particular opportunity as requiring special attention.
By default, the icon is gray, indicating that it does not require special attention.
Click the icon to change its status and add any relevant notes.
This column enables you to flag a particular opportunity as requiring a Test & Improve session.
By default, the icon is gray, indicating that it does not currently require a Test & Improve.
Click the icon to change its status and add any relevant notes.
(If you flag an opportunity as in need of a Test & Improve, and then a user subsequently schedules one, the icon automatically reverts to its unflagged state.)
