Adding or Removing Contacts

The Manage Contacts menu in the top right of your relationship map (shown below) enables you to:

  • Import Contacts: add existing Salesforce contacts to the map. See Importing Existing Contacts.

    This option also includes the option to search associated relationship maps for contacts with a specific business persona and import them. See Importing Personas or Adding a Persona Placeholder.

  • Create New Contact: add someone to the map who doesn't already have a Salesforce contact record, creating that record at the same time. See Adding a New Contact.
  • Remove Contacts: remove one or more contacts from the relationship map. See Removing Contacts from the Relationship Map.
  • Assign to Division A division is typically a smaller service unit or business unit within an account. By providing the same features as an account (row on the opportunity map, relationship map, insight map, etc.), divisions allow you to accurately map your customers' buying structures, without restriction to Salesforce Account records.: for account relationship maps, this is where you can assign multiple contacts to an account division. (This option does not involve adding or removing contacts from your map). See Assigning Contacts to Divisions.
