Described below are the key changes delivered with this release.
Reporting
New Reporting Package
A new and simplified reporting package is available with Altify. It improves upon an earlier reporting package by taking advantage of the RAG (Red-Amber-Green) opportunity and account completeness fields which were introduced in v9.6, as well as the supplementary score fields introduced in v9.8. These fields make it easier to report in a consistent manner on the health of opportunities and accounts in Altify plans.
Dashboards give a full view of planning activity and KPIs for accounts and opportunities within each of the following Altify products: Account Manager, Opportunity Manager and Sales Process Manager. A consistent dashboard structure (as shown in the example below) is applied across the three products, including leading and lagging indicators, user activity and plan status details.
Release notes for the package are available. For more information, see the Online Help for Administrators.
Account Manager
Sharing account questions
All members of the revenue team can now access the same important account information as account questions can now be added to multiple plan types. This means that the question (and the answer that is provided) can be shared across account plans of different types.
So for example, an account executive provides an answer to a Row Details question in an enterprise account plan.
The same answer is then displayed for the same account to a customer success manager looking at a portfolio account plan.
In addition, an administrator can place the question in a different location (question order or section) in each plan type, so the shared information is displayed in a logical format to the user.
For more information, see Account Questions in our online help site for admins.
Switching off potential opportunities
Potential opportunities can be removed from specific account plan types, freeing up screen space for organizations that do not require this data.
For more information, see Disabling Potential Opportunities in the online help center for admins.
Competitor comments in the opportunity map
Record additional information about competitors in the opportunity map with a new comment feature.
For more information, see Update the market landscape for an intersection.
Accessing Opportunity Manager
If your organization has Altify Opportunity Manager, your organization can now access a current or won opportunity in Opportunity Manager from an intersection in the opportunity map.
Opportunity Manager
Sorting actions
You can now sort the actions that are displayed on the Actions tab in Opportunity Manager. The actions are sortable by any column - such as Status in the example below.
For more information, see PRIME Actions.
Test & Improve
Efficient management of T&I access
Your organization can now nominate a T&I admin to organize access for T&I invitees who lack the required access permissions. The admin is notified by email when an invitee does not have access (which is also flagged to the event organizer when they are scheduling the T&I - as shown below).
The admin's notification email contains a link to a task page where they can quickly complete the required tasks: allocating a license or permission set, or sharing opportunity access (OM only); verifying the invitee's access to the T&I; and notifying the organizer and invitee when access has been set up.
Note: In Altify Account Manager, an invitee is automatically added to the account plan team when the organizer sends the invite.

Relationship Maps
Quicklinks in a contact's details panel
Your administrator can now add links that will appear in the contact details panel in a relationship map.
Quicklinks can link to any online resource, as well as custom pages that reference data specific to the currently selected contact. For assistance with setting up quicklinks, see our online help for admins.
Updating and translating Suggested Target content
Organizations with Altify Max (v.1.61.6) now have the ability to update or translate Suggested Target content on their relationship maps.
In the example shown below, suggested target content is translated into French.
For more information, see Suggested Target Rules in the help center for admins.
