Adding a Solution Insight
If you are adding a solution to your insight map, you have the option to select a template solution (as shown below) or create a new solution. Template solutions are created by your administrator.
A template solution will typically contain useful information in additional sections that have been prepared by your administrator, as shown in the sections 'Marketing' and 'Technical Specifications' in the example below.

Linking a solution to an initiative or obstacle
Once a solution is added to your insight map, you can link it with specific initiatives it can contribute to and obstacles it can help overcome.
When a solution is added to an initiative or obstacle insight, it is indicated on the insight map with the icon indicated in the example below.
Solutions are linked with an insight on its detail panel.
If you are presenting your insight map to a customer, you can hide your solutions until such time as they are confirmed.
