Hiding the Insight Map's Solutions

When you're presenting your insight map to the customer, it's often better to keep the solutions hidden. This means you can focus on the customer's business issues rather than the solutions you may be able to sell them. Until you're confident you have a full understanding of their issues, you're not in a position to talk to them credibly about your solutions.

The solutions row is displayed as follows when solutions toggle is in the 'on' position (as shown in the example below on an account insight map).

On an opportunity insight map, this toggle is called Solutions.

Hide the solutions by setting the toggle to the 'off' position (this also hides solutions when you are presenting or printing your insight map).

On an account insight map, the toggle applies to the account insight map and any divisional maps in the account structure.
