You can also populate Altify with suggested actions, missing key players and other information that is uncovered by your AI assistant, and easily access the latest Altify Account Plan and Salesforce data without leaving your current screen.

Note: Currently, AI assistance for account planning is only available in orgs with Altify MCP Servers installed and connected to your AI assistant. It is not available via MaxAI/Agentforce.

This topic includes prompt suggestions for the following scenarios:

  • Checking the health of your account portfolio
