When you're presenting your insight map to the customer, it's often better to keep the solutions hidden. This means you can focus on the customer's business issues rather than the solutions you may be able to sell them. Until you're confident you have a full understanding of their issues, you're not in a position to talk to them credibly about your solutions.
To hide the solutions layer of the map (both in normal viewing mode and when you're in presentation mode), select Hide Solutions.
In Altify Account Manager, this setting applies to the account insight map and any divisional maps in the account structure.
