On the Objectives tab, click +Objective to add a new objective to the plan.
Or select Objective in the quick-add menu on any account plan tab.
To expand an objective and see its full details, click > or the Actions link.
(The Actions link tells you how many open actions are on the objective, and warns you if there are any overdue actions.)
Three filters are available: priority, owner, and account/account division.
You can combine these with the OBJECTIVES view options on the left-hand side.
Drag and drop open objectives to change their order.
Click the pencil icon to edit an objective's details.
Click an objective's trashcan icon to delete it from the account plan.
Within an objective, you can add, edit, reorder, and delete actions.
