You can create a new action within an objective. This automatically assigns it to the objective. Actions are listed within the objective they're assigned to.
Or you can create a new action that's not assigned to an objective. These actions are listed by account instead. For example, actions associated with the Oriole Med account which are not assigned to an objective are listed under [Unassigned Actions] - Oriole Med.
Click an action's pencil icon to edit its details.
Two filters are available: Owner and Account.
You can combine these with the ACTIONS LIST view options on the left-hand side.
Delete an action from the account plan by selecting its Delete drop-down option.
Drag and drop open objectives within an objective to change their order.
When an action is completed, you can mark it as closed in the plan.
