Altify's MCP Servers

The Altify MCP (Model Context Protocol) package allows AI assistants to access your org's Altify and Salesforce data. You can easily retrieve targeted and concise Opportunity Manager, Account Planning and Sales Process Manager data - updating and creating records if required - and strategic intelligence that will guide your users' next steps toward winning deals and effective account management. All of this takes place in natural language conversations between your users and their AI assistant.

The Altify MCP package consists of five servers:

• Altify Account MCP

• Altify Salesforce MCP

• Altify Analysis MCP

• Altify Retrieve MCP

• Altify Write MCP

Overview of the installation process

The Altify MCP package must be installed into your Salesforce org before the Altify MCP servers can be used. In addition, you need to create an External Client Application (ECA) for OAuth authentication.

The Altify MCP package contains MCP configuration objects, permission sets, custom settings, and supporting metadata.

After installation, you will configure the LLM settings, assign permission sets to administrators and users, and review usage limit settings.
