What the report measures

This report displays displays opportunities with an active Altify Opportunity Plan that have been Closed Won in the current fiscal quarter. It provides a clear view of Altify enabled wins within the period, allowing sales leaders to evaluate adoption and business impact.

Note: An opportunity has an Altify plan once Opportunity Manager has been accessed via the launchpad on the opportunity record.

  • Metric displayed: Count of Opportunities where Won = True, Close Date is in the current fiscal quarter, and the Opportunity is linked to an Altify Opportunity Plan.

  • Used for: Tracking Altify enabled wins for the quarter, measuring the contribution of Altify to closed business, and supporting ROI and success stories in quarterly reviews.

How the report is built

Report Type

A custom report type: 'Opportunities with Altify Opportunity Plans'.

This allows inclusion of standard opportunity fields along with related Altify planning data (e.g. Opportunity Completeness).

Filters

  • Show Me: All Opportunities

  • Close Date: equals THIS FISCAL QUARTER (e.g. Jul 1, 2025 – Sep 30, 2025)

  • Won: equals True

Grouping (Outline)

The following rows are grouped:

  • Opportunity Owner: Full Name (This allows the data to be segmented by rep to see who owns the opportunities.)

Columns Added

  • Opportunity Owner: Full Name

  • Opportunity Name

  • Close Date

  • Stage

  • Amount

  • Probability (%)

  • Forecast Category

The fields listed above are included for detailed analysis in the full report but are not all surfaced in the widget view.

  • Visualization: Metric Chart

  • Metric: Record Count

  • Label: 'Won Altify Deals – This Fiscal Quarter'

  • Filters: None by default; can be filtered by record owner for individual rep dashboards or by region/segment for management views.
