Report: Open Opportunities with Altify Plans

This topic explains the report/widget 'Open Opportunities with Altify Plans' in the Opportunity Manager ROI dashboard.

Note: An opportunity has an Altify plan once Opportunity Manager has been accessed via the launchpad on the opportunity record.

What the report measures

This report displays the total number of open opportunities that have an Altify Opportunity Plan associated with them. 'Open' is defined as any opportunity where the Closed field is false (i.e., the deal has not yet been marked as 'Closed Won' or 'Closed Lost'). This serves as an adoption and engagement indicator for Altify Opportunity Manager, showing how much of the active pipeline is being actively managed with an Altify plan.

  • Metric displayed: Total number of open opportunities with an associated Altify Opportunity Plan.

  • Used for: Measuring Opportunity Manager adoption and identifying pipeline coverage within Altify-enabled opportunities.

How the report is built

Report Type

A custom report type: 'Opportunities with Altify Opportunity Plans'.

This allows inclusion of standard opportunity fields along with related Altify planning data (e.g. Opportunity Completeness).

Filters

  • Show Me: All Opportunities

  • Close Date: All Time (to include both historic and current open opportunities)

  • Closed: equals False (ensures only active opportunities are shown)

Grouping (Outline)

The following rows are grouped:

  • Group Rows: Opportunity Owner: Full Name (This allows the data to be segmented by rep to see who owns the opportunities.)

  • Group Columns: None used.

Columns Added

  • Opportunity Name

  • Close Date

  • Stage

  • Amount

  • Probability (%)

  • Forecast Category

The fields listed above provide visibility into pipeline stage, deal size, likelihood to close, and forecast category for each opportunity in the report.

Dashboard widget setup

  • Visualization: Metric Chart

  • Metric: Record Count

  • Label: 'Open Opportunities with Altify Plans'

  • Filters: None by default; may optionally filter for specific owners or time periods for targeted dashboards.
