What the report measures

This report measures the average monetary value of opportunities not using Altify Opportunity Manager for the current fiscal year. It highlights deal size trends for deals managed outside of Altify by calculating the mean value of all opportunities that meet the criteria.

• Metric displayed: Average Deal Size = (Sum of Opportunity Amounts ÷ Number of Opportunities).

• Used for: Comparing deal sizes of non-Altify opportunities against Altify-managed opportunities, identifying trends in unmanaged deals, and informing strategy to increase adoption of Altify for larger or more strategic opportunities.

How the report is built

Report Type

A standard report type: 'Opportunities'.

IIncludes standard opportunity fields with cross filters to exclude Altify-related opportunities.

Filters

• Show Me: All Opportunities

• Close Date: Current FY (e.g. Jan 1, 2025 – Dec 31, 2025)

• Cross Filter: Opportunities without Altify Opportunities

Grouping (Outline)

The following rows are grouped:

• Opportunity Owner: Full Name

• Group Columns:  None used.

Columns Added (& Summary Formulas)

• Opportunity Amount → SUM(Amount)

• Average Deal Size → AVG(Amount)
