What the report measures

This report measures the percentage of opportunities won year-to-date for deals tracked in Altify. It provides insight into overall sales effectiveness by showing how many deals that entered the pipeline this year have closed successfully.

  • Metric displayed: Win Rate %, calculated as (Number of Won Opportunities ÷ Total Opportunities) × 100.

  • Used for: Assessing sales performance quality, identifying win rate trends over the year, and comparing success rates across teams, segments, or opportunity sizes.

How the report is built

Report Type

A standard report type: 'Opportunities'.

Includes all standard opportunity fields along with Altify-specific data for filtering and grouping.

Filters

  • Show Me: All Opportunities

  • Close Date: Year-to-Date (e.g. Jan 1, 2025 – Current Date)

  • Stage: Any

  • Probability: All

  • Altify Tracking: Must be tied to an Altify plan or flagged as 'Altify Opportunity'

Grouping (Outline)

The following rows are grouped:

  • Opportunity Owner: Full Name

  • Region / Segment (optional)

  • Opportunity Type or Size Category (optional)

Columns Added (& Summary Formulas)

  • # of Opportunities → RowCount

  • # of Won Opportunities → SUM of Stage = 'Closed Won'

  • Win Rate % → (Won Count ÷ RowCount) × 100

Dashboard widget setup

  • Visualization: Metric Chart or Gauge

  • Metric: Summary Formula (Win Rate %)

  • Label: 'Altify Deals – Win Rate YTD'

  • Filters: None by default; owner, region, or deal size for granular analysis.
