Row Details Questions

Row Details are a set of questions for an account or account division row on an opportunity map ('where you are selling to'). Answering the questions helps you to capture important information about the account or division and formulate a strategy.

Row details questions can be configured by an administrator for each plan type.

Every account and account division row in the plan gets the same questions, but you answer them separately for each row. Your administrator can choose to hide account details for account divisions to avoid repetition of data.

Note: If you have read-only access to the account plan, you can view questions, but you can't answer them.
