Competitors View

Switch the opportunity map View to Competitors for an overview of your competitors' market share for each row and solution.

The Competitors view shows the percentage that is currently held by your company's competitors of each TAM (Total Addressable Market) in your opportunity map. Specific elements of the view include the following:

• For each TAM, the percentages held by your top two competitors are shown. See, for example, 'RAKU' with 21% and 'PHIS' with 12% indicated in the image below (1). If provided, the contract renewal date for the two leading competitors are also included.

• The market share of any additional competitors is captured in an 'Other' percentage. In the example below (2), two further competitors with a market share of 6% and 4% are aggregated into an Other value of 10%.

• For an intersection on a roll up row (see 3 below, for example), the percentages represent the competitors' market share of the accumulated TAM of the account and division rows within the roll up.
