Introduction to MaxAI

Max AI Is an extension to the Altify package. It allows your users to harness Agentforce as they work with Altify account and opportunity data.

By default, your users can apply MaxAI to do the following:

For accounts:

• Find and add answers to Account Details in an account plan and Row Details in an Account Manager plan.

• Find and add insights to an account insight map.

• Find relevant contacts who are missing from an account relationship map and add them.

For opportunities:

• Find and add insights to an opportunity insight map.

• Find relevant contacts who are missing from an opportunity relationship map and add them.

In the example shown below, Agentforce (informed by MaxAI) is retrieving relevant contacts who have not been added to an account relationship map. (In this scenario the user can further instruct Agentforce to add some or all of the missing contacts).
