Setting the Plan Type
Every Account Manager plan has a plan type. You specify it when you are creating the plan. You can also change the plan type of an existing plan.
The plan type determines the structure and some of the contents of the plan. it includes:
- The questions shown in the plan, and the available answer drop-down values:
- Default solutions (affects new Account Manager plans, but not existing ones)
Your administrator can create new plan types or modify the ones already set up.
