Enabling Insight Linking

You can allow your users to link objectives (in account plans and Account Manager plans) with account insights - as shown in the example below from an Account Manager plan.

1. In Setup, go to Custom Settings.
2. Click Manage beside Altify Account Manager Settings.
3. Click Edit.
4. Select the Enable Objective-Insight Linking check box.
5. Click Save.
