Fields Always Shown on Altify Dialogs

This topic lists the fields that mandated by Altify software to always be included on Altify dialogs, regardless of any customizations that have been applied to the dialogs.

(Salesforce also mandates that certain fields are always included.)

An asterisk (*) signifies a mandatory field.

Opportunity Dialogs

No fields are mandated by Altify on opportunity dialogs.

Action Dialogs

  • Subject*
  • Status*
  • Priority*

Contact Dialogs

The following fields are mandated by Altify:

  • Assigned To*

  • Related To*

  • Subject*

  • Name

  • Due Date

  • Altify Objective [Altify Account Manager only]

  • Comments

  • Status*

  • Priority*
