Using Agentforce to Identify and Add Contacts

Need some assistance with identifying relevant contacts and adding them to your relationship map? Agentforce, Salesforce's AI tool is on hand to unearth useful contacts and save them to your map if required.

Note: this option is only available if your administrator has installed Altify's MaxAI extension package. Speak to your admin for further information.

1. Click the Agentforce icon to access the tool.

2. In the Agentforce panel, enter and send a request () such as the following, specifying the account/opportunity that you require help with:

   'Identify missing Altify relationship map contacts for the [account/opportunity name] account/opportunity'

   Below is an example of Agentforce responding to a request.

   

3. To add a contact or contacts found by Agentforce to your map, send () another message such as 'Add [contact's name] to the relationship map'.

   Refresh your screen to view the added contacts on the map.

Note: the above is based on the default behavior of the MaxAI package. However this behavior can be customized by your administrator.
