TeamView includes five color-coded Plan Status icons. These automatically show the state of each opportunity from various perspectives:
- OPPORTUNITY: Is there an opportunity?
- PROBLEMS: Are the business problems validated? Have you confirmed unique value?
- PEOPLE: Do you have support and alignment from the key people?
- ACTIONS: Do you have planned actions in place?
- T&I: Are you using Test & Improve?
It also includes three "management" icons. These give the user a way to manually flag an opportunity as:
- A key deal.
- In need of attention.
- In need of Test & Improve.
To add the icons to a view that does not already have them, you need to:
- Update the view's underlying report with the Plan Status signal fields and management fields
- Run the Plan Status "signal" calculation batch job
- Optionally, hide Plan Status icons on opportunities belonging to opportunity plan types the icons don't relate to
